The management team at this facility are the rudest people I've ever met. I would not live there again if it was the only place in the area with a vacancy. Just one of my experiences was when my husband had a heartattack and was hospitalized. We had come in the night before late from the lake. We had pulled in a 14 foot trailer with a small fishing boat on it. We were going to take it to storage the next morning. In the middle of the night was when he got sick, and the ambulance came to get us. Two days later I went home to shower and get some clothes. There was a note that the trailer would be towed that day if not moved. I visited with Lynn (the manager)about the situation and I would get someone there as soon as possible. He said he didn't give a damn what had happened or why it was still there - if it was not removed by that afternoon, it would, in fact, be towed. There are many other gut wrenching experiences with these people - this was just one.

This doesn't suprise me, the management here is very rude. We got written up for something as small as leaving our grill on the porch (and clearly NOT in anyone's way). So it doesn't suprise me that he was rude to you also. I'll be glad when our lease is up next month. No wonder the turn-over rate at these apartments is so high.
