Wonderful Place to Live!! I have lived her in excess of 2 years and have no complaints whatsoever. The new management is a breath of fresh air that was much needed, a true asset to this apartment community! Maintenance requests are completed in record time. Wonderfully beautiful and peaceful

Meh at best. The grounds are very nice. The clubhouse & ammenities are superb. The maintenance staff is very nice. The management is full of ----. She (the manager) is an out of control ego-manical stuck up b it ch. I've lived there for 1 year and could not be happier that my lease is over next

Don't even think about it I can only blame myself. I was warned by a former tenant of the greens to stay away , but did not listen. The construction quality is horrible, something always leaking or breaking, and no one coming to fix it. Worst of all has to be the snooty,

Management is very snooty. Wow is all i can say. My lease is done thankfully in a month or so. Had a very poor experience. Staff is very unprofessional and can be very rude at times. I never had actual problems, just didn't like the way they talk to you. Beautiful location. Dump the current

Excellent experience I HAVE LIVED IN MANY APARTMENTS IN AMERICA AND I RATE THE GREENS WITH THE FINEST AND THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ACCOMDATE YOUR EVERY NEED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PEACEFUL LOCATION THAN LOOK NO FURTHER.

Managment needs a Dale Carnage Course The management of this complex is enough to recommend taking a long hard look at living here. They are condescending, rude, abrupt, snooty and just down right "better than everyone else." Complex looks good but... beauty is only skin deep.

Good place I've lived here for over a year and have enjoyed it immensely. Any time there is a problem the managers do their best to resolve it. I have had only one complaint and that is my cooking is severely curtailed by the fact that instead having a rate of change alarm in the kitchen area
