NOT A PLACE TO CALL HOME

These apartments are very poorly managed. I would not recommend anyone live in the Chapelridge Apartments in Cabot, AR. The office at the apartments seems to think that it is the tenants problem, the office has such high turnover and can't get to things in a timely manner. Number one, you are the customer!!! What is going on with the company is NOT your problem and is none of your concern!!!!! If you like dealing with this type of stuff, then move in and enjoy!!! The ONLY good thing about Chapelridge in Cabot is the maintenance man, Johnny. When he tells you, he is going to do something for you, he does it! He is a great guy who knows how to treat paying customers. That is what you are when you rent, a paying customer. You would think with rent over $600.00 and an on-time rent payer they would kiss your behind to renew the lease every 6 months or a year and take you seriously with care and concern. My neighbors feel the same way I do. I cannot wait till I can move. Also, not everyone at Chapelridge in Cabot pays the same rent. Some pay little or nothing to live there!!! They had an on-sight security person that was wonderful. He did the job, he was supposed to do for the apartments. He was a Trooper and took care of noise problems and any outrageous behavior. Now, we have a new a person who does nothing and gets to live there for $20 dollars a month!!! Heck, I can do a better job than him. As a matter of fact, calling the police to control a situation doesn't hurt my little finger not one bit!!!! You get the raw end of the deal if you have good credit and a good job. You get to make-up for everyone else on low-income housing, etc. They are letting all kinds of "garbage" move in. I feel they should do a better screening process. I don't let my kids go out and play, because of the other "non-home tranined" kids that live there. If you enjoy peace and a lovely place to call home, don't consider Chapelridge of Cabot. They are over-priced for what you get, poorly managed, and overall more stressfull to just be at home than driving in 100 mile an hour traffic. I would move if I was not in a lease right now and I cannot afford the $500.00 opt out option of the lease. Chapelridge of Cabot is not a place to call home.

I think that if you have issues with a community you should be brave enough to state your name.

A million thanks. I cannot stand it when people take my business for granted. and with a new wife the last thing i want is a bunch of unemployed junk men hanging around my property while i'm at work. toobizzy- you crack me up with your equally fake name.

As far as this resident not being "brave" enough, toobizzy33, the residents have a hard enough time with the (mis)management, without having to worry about retaliation from them.
