I had some good neighbors at ChapelRidge of Cabot, but I also had repeated experiences with neighbors who were proven prostitutes, reputed drug dealers, ex-convicts, rowdy drunks, noisemakers, and those who committed physical assaults on one another. Children are often unsupervised, jumping on cars, tearing up landscaping, and littering. A handicapped man who complained to a boy about noise, found his handicapped sign stolen the next morning. These incidents took place just in my building; other residents have reported similar problems. Appeals to the troublemakers, management, and police produce only temporary abatement. Complaints, no matter how well justified, and considered objectionable. There are many good people in the complex, but management seems to be accepting an increasing number of undesirable tenants and refusing to control them. I cannot recommend ChapelRidge of Cabot to anything, of any age, as a good living environment.
