Would not live here again

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
This is not a place that I would tell anyone to move too, the noise is bad and the kids are not watched by parents at all. They run around and bother tenent's cars....like eggs.ketcup and etc.
The lighting is really bad ...of the 2 yrs I lived there all the lights worked only once!!!!!!!!
I have seen cops there alot at different units!
Seems very un-safe!
