Property has some curb appeal as the grounds are kept up on the exterior although very poorly maintained on the interiors of units. The ceilings leak and the management holds leasors responsible for anything that needs fixing inside the units. They charge for exterior light bulbs and air conditioning filters. There is also a lot of breaking into vehicles here in spite of two police officers living on the property. Owners located in California and seem to have the out-of-sight, out-of-mind attitude. Units have a lot of space and nice storage space as well.
