When I originally moved here I would not have recommended this place to anyone and was counting the days 'til the end of my lease. 3 months before the end of my lease the apartment complex changed management companies and they really turned things around. Before the grounds were not taken care of, if you called in an issue with your apartment or with your neighbors nothing was ever done, they didn't seem to care that this is my home. When the new management started they cleaned up the place by picking up trash and removing "problem" or "suspiciou" neighbors off of the property. If I call with an issue they will listen and do their best to fix the problem. As far as some of the other comments I've read on here with complaints it sounds to me that probably caused the issue or are confused as to which SteepleChase this is because I know for a fact the owner is based here in Little Rock it's on the lease if you read it. I do have to say it is now a beautiful, friendly and safe place for my children, I would recommend it to everyone.

You must be in a different area than I was or you wrote this before my family was here. This place was loud, disorderly and poorly maintained.
