New complex, new complex, ants, noisy upstair neighbor

This particular complex is not subject to the tax credit.
There's a fairly high turn over due from military or folks moving to house versus living in an apartment. There's a growth in the housing industry in Cabot and considering the cost of a house in Arkansas, it would be wiser to buy versus renting. That is if you will Arkansas your permanent home.
Units are new; however, constructions are quick and a little messy on some spots. For example, bedroom doors don't close properly. Also, each unit comes with a washer and dryer. Very convenient.
Less desirable are ants. They seem to pop where lease expected. Also, there doesn't seem to be any laws against letting pets poop on the sidewalk or front lawns. Watch your step.
Another less desirable is the upstair neighbor. It sounds as if they are running around.
