When my husband and I moved in we were thrilled, but after living here for awhile it doesn't seem so nice. For instance, the kitchen light went out 5 days after we moved in so I called up to the office three times. Finally I had to go up there and they sent the maintenance man to fix it while we were gone. Well, the light still doesn't work. He was also supposed to check the plumbing because the pipes behind the toilet (in the wall) keep on leaking all the way into the dining room. The towel rack competely fell off of the wall in the bathroom along with the tile peeling up. Our closet has a HUGE hole in the wall and the clothes rack was just laying on the floor! It was not like this when we looked at the apartment. The carpet is full of stains that I can't get out and the wall's were not painted so they also have stains on them. The parking is okay but sometimes it is difficult to find a spot. The noise is okay although the police get called at least twice a month. It is irritating having to worry about stepping into someone else's dogs poop and someone let their dog out the other day and when I came outside it ran into my apartment! The stairs also molded and they had them roped off for a couple of weeks.
