This was the most awful time of my family liVes.
We were treated as idiots.
Terri was unbelievably rude and informal with my family.
There was mold and ants in our apArtment.
I had to contact RPM to get out of my lease and inform them of the attorney I was using for the mold and water issues brought upon them when I first moved in.
These issues were never dealt with.
When I went to higher authority in RPM, which was Shirley Ellis, I was stunned at the way we were spoken to behind closed doors! She very cleaRLy stated that her son had just had a baby and we were not welcomed nor wanted in her office.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS LIVING IN MOLD INFECTED APARTMENTS>' Did she really think that I wanted to be in her office either' The pool was never open, and there was never anyone in the office.
No parking, no maNtience man, no rules, more like a frat house! Not recommended!

This is Terri the manager here at Village Square, First of all to your comment regarding the ant problem we sent T AND O Pest Control to your apt 4 different times, in WHICH the babysitter WOULD NOT let us in your apt, so the last time I INSISTED that we go inside due to the complaints of ants. As far as the mold goes we were NEVER allowed to go inside your apt, we had a leak next door in which I PERSONALLY went to your apt to see if you had any problems and you responded at the door NO. Our pool is ALWAYS open you can check the records with the Health Dept cause we have had Certificates issued to us as well as the Dept of Health doing a random check of our pool in which we always passed with flying colors. I AM ALWAYS in the office, if we are out on property for some reason we always have our phone switched to the answering service who will call me on my cell phone and let me know someone is waiting at the office. WE DO have rules that most of our tenants comply with, since most of our tenants are officers of the military. As far as you being treated poorly we knew that you had bought a house and wanted to move, you told me personally that is WHY you wanted to break your lease, Shirley son had a baby that day that you went to her office and she LET YOU OUT of your lease as well as REFUNDING you YOUR deposit back EVEN THOUGH you left it DIRTY. In which I cannot see how that is RUDE. I have several tenants here that have MOVED and came back after there lease has expired at the other locations they moved to. We also have military that has been shipped overseas for a year that has moved and then has EMAILED me from overseas wanting to come back. We feel that we try to do everything that was in our power to accomdate you, but since you had purchased a home, there was no reason that you would stay here at Village Square. We have several residents that live here that have lived here since we opened our complex and is still here and HAPPY. We are sorry you had such a hard time here, but if you DO NOT let us ENTER your apt, we CANNOT fix the problems. Terri McDonald Manager

T and O pest control is a complete joke. They are supposed to come quarterly and NO, they don't. The last time they supposedly came, they were to spray all the apartments blds. 1-9 in one day??? do you think we're dumb, that they really spray every apartment. I actually took that day off and was home ALL day and no one EVER came to our apt.
Did you see how I capitalized some words too? does that make me sound smart??

Oh Terri, everything you responded to you know that is was a lie. You pushed our move in date by a month. From the moment we got in the apartment it was dirty which is the reason you pushed my move in date. We called several times about the ants and the water in the bathroom but you were unable to get anyone in there bc you could not keep a maintance man. We also told you when we put our deposit down that we were remodling our house that we have owned since 2004 to rent it out so we could buy another one in which we bought in April of this year. We moved from the apartments in September to only have to move into family members house because we had to move because of the MOLD and the health of my TWO BABIES!!!!!!!!! Your termite people NEVER CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED to!!!!!!!! You were the ULTIMATE rude person of the staff, and NO YOU WERE NEVER IN THE OFFICE and YES THE POOL WAS CLOSED weeks at a time with the excuse of there was no maitnace man to tend to it. It is funny how this place has got nothing but bad ratings, yet you chose to respond to mine. it's BECAUSE I AM TELLING THE TRUTH! And as far as Shirley goes, she just booted us out so she did not have to deal with us. We also had pictures of the mold and water to show her, so she got scared and offered our deposit back! It would not had mattered if we got her permission to break the lease or not. If we did not get out of it, we were FULLY PREPARED TO SUE! I HAVE BABIES LIVING IN THAT PLACE. And yes,up to the third floor were ants. Shy away from these ratings bc your only making yourself look worse. Let me find a place to upload pictures for everyone to see! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
