This is the worst place I have ever lived. Drunks are outside all hours of the night. Cursing and laughing hysterically very loudly. You go down to the office and complain and they claim they can't evict anyone. If they can't they are the only rental people in the state that can't. The girl working in the office lives here and when you go down to the office to complain she starts telling tales of some of the things the drunks have done over the years. Yes the same drunks are still living here. They don't bother to inform you of this when you sign your lease and give them enough money for a decent place to live. I have been telling everyone I meet not to ever live here. They don't enforce the dog restrictions. There are big dogs even hunting dogs here. HORRIBLE.

i live here too and agree that people are super loud and obnoxious at times, and i do see a lot of people with dogs larger than the lease states you can have, but what exactly does it mean when you say there are "even hunting dogs" here - hunting dogs are no different than any other dog, and the majority of traditional hunting dog breeds meet the weight/size restriction just fine - and i don't remember there being anything in the pet agreement of the lease stating that you couldn't own a "working" or "hunting" dog - i don't own a dog ('m a cat person), but still don't see how a dog being a hunting dog is relevant to your complaint...
