I have been living at Centennial for about 2 years, we have seen a lot of management changes and it was not for the best. We started with Tracy, then got an Amanda, they were great wonderful managers. Even though Amanda was not here that long. When they were here our problems though few got resolved. Now.... They don't we have another new management staff. When we first met them they said give us a chance, that they know what they are doing. So after several months of giving them a chance we are finally fed up with them. We gave and gave and they just took advantage of us. So why stay there. The new managers Jennifer and Miles are very nice and very friendly. It's just that when you live here and are a resident you want them to be nice yes and to be agreeable but you also want them to fix things in a reasonable amount of time. They came out 4 times to service are dryer, it still takes us at least twice to dry a load. That's just not right. So in conclusion.... My advice is run quickly. But to each there own maybe this is what you want..... Not me though I want someone who cares about there residents, and will resolve the problems that they have that is why we just moved out. It just became to much to deal with.
