I would say overall compared to any other apartments in Conway, Centennial Valley is one of the best. There are also the Links at Cadron Valley that are much better than these. But with every complex, you are likely to be screwed by poor management when it all comes down to it. Its a safe environment and a great neighborhood. There are a few exceptions of old women always trying to get the young people in trouble so there is a lot complaints from old school teachers to old retired women just lonely and wants some attention so BEWARE of that. I stayed there for a year and never met the school teacher next door to me. I went over once to introduce myself and she would never answer the door. It's pretty pathetic having people like that. I would see her past by and I would speak and she wouldn't say a word. Anyway, overall idiots sometimes yelling at night after parties but never anything major. I've seen the police over maybe once or twice and that was for evictions. The complex is also gated and you must have the security code to enter and leave (which gets annoying after a while) Half the time, the gate is just opened because its a hassle. Its suppose to keep unwanted people out but those unwanted are always getting the codes from friends/buddies.
