My experience was good. I had all new appliances, a spacious apartment, never had problems with my neighbors, and I felt safe living there. The only thing I would say is if you're planning to break lease early expect to pay over $1,500. I personally paid $1,617.00. It was not fun at all, but it was also in the contract so I agreed to it.
Great place to live, but sucks if you have to break lease.

You must've broken your lease very early. You either pay 3 months rent or half of whatever is left--whichever is less. My roommate & I broke our lease 1 month early and paid a grand total of 284.50 for it.
