Parking: Fine for the most part. There are plenty of spots in front of each building. However, we had a problem with people's visitors leaving their cars parked directly in front of the building for days at a time. Management wouldn't do anything about it.

Management: Speaking of, they are HORRIBLE. I miss Tracy. She was the best, but was transferred to the newer, more expensive complex, the Links. The new management doesn't keep good records. For their 1st 2 months, the put late notices on many doors. I had to take them copies of the rent receipts that they had written out ON TIME on more than 1 occasion. They also kept forgetting to get things fixed on their work order list.

Noise: Pretty quiet for most of the 2 years. There was a fairly recent incident though: A sheriff lived in the building next to mine. One night, I heard gun shots & heard the sheriff respond very soon after yelling for someone to GET DOWN!! It was the middle of the night. I woke my roommate to let her know, so she called the office. They were aware as they had already received a couple of calls about it. A few days later, a notice went out asking anyone to come forward if they of any drug activity or rape suspects in the area.

That was an isolated incident. Overall, the apartments looked nice. New appliances, no pests, & 2-2 for less than 600 a month.
