Living here was the worst decision my husband and I could have possibly made. Not only are the management extremely rude but very bossy! The apartments are nice and fairly spacious but the overall price for them are insane!
We have been living here for almost a year and our dishwasher left junk all over our dishes...then it quit working all together and was holding water that wouldn't drain. We asked maitenance to come fix it and they never did. So I've been with a broken dishwasher for 9 months. The landscapers start mowing and cutting trees at about 7 am too on somedays...which is very noisey.

And they lock the gates for secruity reasons which is a good aspect, but they get very lazy when it comes to opening in the morning. The other day it was 7 oclock and the kids were standing out there waiting for the bus and they couldnt get out because the gates were locked. At 8 am they were still locked. On most mornings they are opened by 630.

My main complaint is just the management. I think they come up with reasons to evict people just so they can double their profits. If you try to break your lease its expensive...you pay either half of what you owe up front or pay out the rest of your lease as usual while you are paying for a new place to live.
They tried to tow my husbands truck because his tags were expired too.

I now live in Houston, and miss the prices in Conway (having lived in Centennial Valley 2 years). There I had a 2 bedroom/2 bath for $555 that eventually went up to $569. Here, I pay that much for a 1 bedroom w/o the washer and dryer! Although I agree that the management is crappy (see my review), the prices are pretty good.

Actually, with Lindsey, when you break your lease you owe 3 months rent or half of what is left on your lease term.
