Stayed in the apartments for 6 months. Very close to UCA. Spacious apartment but awkward layout. Water and trash are included in the rent. Carpet was so disgusting (you could see pet stains on it.) Apartment is very energy inefficient. The front door and windows are not sealed very well so the cold air leaked right out. The air conditioning was constantly running making the electric bills outrageous. Mail box is not very secure since it doesn't have a lock on it. Bathroom and kitchen are very outdated and disgusting in general.
