 Stayed in the apartments for 6 months. Very close to UCA. Spacious apartment but awkward layout. Water and trash are included in the rent. Carpet was so disgusting (you could see pet stains on it.) Apartment is very energy inefficient. ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
