ok, so obviously with apartments you have to worry about the cleanliness of neighbors because any "pests" that they have...you will inevitably get. my husband and i moved into salem park apts in 2008. we only lived there for 6 mos and were EXTREMELY happy to get out! the showroom apt is clean and nice but when we moved in our apartment was already nasty-looking. i lived in six months in fear of roaches because they were even outside in the "garden-area". we had a downstairs apt, so maybe that made things worse. unless you like roaches and tiny washers/dryers, don't move in! oh, and also, our dryer didn't dry our clothes very good. you had to run it about 3 times because it would just get humid and not dry them.
