My wife and I lived here for 10 months and we enjoyed it. It was in the center of Conway with lots of stuff to do within very short distances. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with the 9ft ceilings and it was very spacious. (A little over 1,000 sq. ft.) We requested to be upstairs because we've lived in downstairs apartments before and we didn't want to hear people stomping around. Our balcony deck was great. It had a big storage closet on it, and they even let you put a BBQ grill on the back patio! Repairs were timely, though we didn't have many. The ground were well kept and the pool was always clean. Parking was an issue though. Any weekend night, unless you got in before 7, you could expect all the spots to be taken. We loved Barb! We also liked their early lease termination policy. If you wanted to move out early, just pay a $100 penalty, plus an extra months rent along with you current rent and a 30 day notice. You do not have to pay half of the remaining rent for the year's term like Lindsey Management properties. When we moved out, they took cleaning fees out of our deposit, but we still got about half of it back which was cool.
Overall, my wife and I can highly recommend living here. All our neighbors had a good experiences there as well. A

This review sounds like it is from Barb herself to make this place look good. I mean come on, it sounds like a freaking comercial for the ridge.
