I have to say that my stay at Westlake wasn't nice at all. The management is extremely nosy. The apartment itself is decent, but the maintenance on the grounds and pool wasn't good. There were not enough parking spaces for apartments either. We had to park several buildings down on several occasions. The onsite managers tend to be on a power trip and find minor issues to meddle in (ex. telling people they can't stand around outside).

Lindsey Management in general is crummy and if I had one word to describe my experience with them it would be "theivery". Be sure you check out the leasing agreement. We were told that they only had a 14 month lease based on the college student semesters. The catch is, if you must leave early and break your lease you have the option of transferring to another Lindsey Apartment complex, or you may pay 1/2 months rent for the remainder of the lease (if over 3 months) or 3 months full rent. This is due at the time of moving out, so you better be rich! Also they do not like to return deposits. They simply give you a print out of every possible maintenance they can think up in order to take all of it. Don't plan on getting it back.

I took the transfer option and was forced financially to moving into another Lindsey Management Community. The second (Meadowlake Apartments in Searcy, AR) was no better than the first. So this is coming from giving Lindsey 2 chances to prove that they can be a good business, and I would love nothing more than to see them go out of business and save the financially challenged people of America a lot of headache!

I do not recommend any Lindsey Management community and would never live there again. It is pure stupidity and you will regret your decision to go there. I would recommend them to no one.

I agree with everything said here. I posted an earlier review, but after living elsewhere for a while and thinking about our stay at Westlake and hearing more and more of our friends' horror stories (Russellville, Searcy, and Conway), I would NOT ever live in a Lindsey Management property again, nor would I recommend Westlake to anyone.

I don't know about westlake but germantown is horrible also. They maintenance people don't knock before they enter, they have roaches, mold in the showers, the drain was clogged( i had to unclog it) the ceiling fan almost fell on me. Management said it was too heavy to be up their in the first place (like I put it there). No parking spaces, the carpets are completely run down. The place is not worth the rent.
