I got an eviction notice from the management, even though i don't even live there. I don't stay the night often, and now, his roommate is trying to get it where i can't even come see my boyfriend. Do you guys know of anyway we can get out of the lease'

Get a copy of your lease and read it well. You will owe lots of money if you break the lease. I broke my lease and paid dearly, but it was my choice and I was ready to do anything to get out. Good luck.
