I moved in last May. When I came to take a tour of the apartments, everyone was extremely nice. But once I decided to move there, and paid what I was supposed to, they all of a sudden became snobby and rude. I was late one month on my rent, but I let them know I would be late by like 5 days. When it was all said and done, I was charged about $200 in late fees and given 5 eviction notices. The management is rude and only cares about their money. Since I've moved in, 3 out of 5 neighbors have moved out and now there are druggies living below me. If you have no financial struggles EVER and have no probs with smelling crack a couple of times a week, then this place is for you!
