The staff is very helpful and nice. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the parking is great. Quiet neighbors, and the walking trail around the pond is very peaceful. The exercise room & pool are well kept (just wish the exercise room was open to residents 24 hours). We love that the apartments come with fans, and that the carpets are professionally cleaned prior to moving in. The over-sized pantry is a plus, and have never found one that big at any other apartment complexes. If you are a UCA student, it is far from campus, but the somewhat secluded location of the apartments makes up for it. Would recommend to anyone!

Agreed. The above review couldn't be further from the truth! I would not recommend Westlake for anyone. There are plenty of other options in Conway.

I didn't know that cigarette butts made for great landscaping, and I really didn't know that you probably enjoyed a hike back from your car to your apartment. The parking is ridiculous. And quiet neighbors? I could hear EVERYTHING that my neighbors did, and there was no such thing as a quiet night when I lived there. You must be insane.
