Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Cliffs I, and Lindsey Management find ways to rip you off all the time. The lease is crap. I couldn't move in for two weeks because my apartment wasn't ready and they didn't even offer to compensate me for the truck rental, hotel, etc. I didn't even have a place to store my things. All this AFTER THEY PROMISED MY APARTMENT WOULD BE READY BY THE FIRST OF THE MONTH.
There are no guarantees and they will try to get you to sign the lease WAY before you move in so that way if you change your mind about living there, they can charge you all these penalties for terminating your lease early, even though you may never lived there.
The apartments are cheaply made, too.
The maintenance men are no good. They just do temporary fixes to save money. It doesn't matter how much of an inconvenience it is to you.
