These apartments are spacious, close driving distance to campus, and have great amenities for a decent price. Pets allowed, but overpriced with extra monthly charges. If you need to move in on time, do not hope they'll accomodate you if the current resident decides to move out late (and they probably will). apartment is dull looking, appliances are old, and the one bedroom never allows sunlight to shine in (gets depressing). parking is good. landscaping is also nice with a one mile trail wrapping around complex. management is summed up in the title price I listed is with one small dog.
