When we moved to the Cliffs this summer we had some bumps in the road and after reading some of the reviews here we were worried that we would have a difficult go of it with the managers but we were happy to learn that there was a different management team in place when we arrived - and they couldn't have been better to work with. Brenda and DeWitt fixed all of our problems by the time we were done filling out paperwork and have really made us feel at home here. My other concern was that this might be a student complex and we would have problems with noise but it is more professionals than students and the students I've met are generally a quiet hardworking bunch (lots of books open at the pool during the day). The place is clean and the landscaping is very attractive. The construction itself is a bit weak and poor craftsmanship is evident in the flooring; and the floorplans seem to waste space a bit more than other places I've lived. Overall though a great experience so far - and I have confidence in the management team to work with me if a problem did come up.
