If you are a responsible adult looking for a place to live with a functional living routine/job, than this place is not for you.

The only people I could see wanting to rent at this apartment complex are A) Drug dealers B) Felons and C) People in serious financial problems. The reason I am able to say this is because I would see people wandering around aimlessly at all hours of the night than see them at the County jail the next day. This happened ALOT of times, not just a coincidence.

Our window was right as you walk up the staircase. I hardly got a good night of sleep because of this. The window itself is in a bad location but primarily it is the constant partying that was going on. Every night you could count on getting awaken by drunks outside your window. Bass is thumping all day through the walls because of the poor layout (other rooms around you at all angles).

If the above has not convinced you to sway from this place, than this surely will. COCKROACH problem is sickening. Every morning I was the first to leave the apartment at 4:30 AM to go to work and every single morning I saw a cockroach in the cupboards. We kept our apartment as clean as possible and constantly called the bug-lady to spray our kitchen. She would even comment on how clean our apartment was and it was not our fault, but the people beside us because they were so 'disgusting.' I have an idea, how about you evict them instead of having good residents take the consequences!!

The list goes on and on ... from the parking, to the people puking on the top balcony with no staff to clean up the remains on the stair well for weeks, washer and dryer was RIDICULOUS *constant breaking liable to ruin loads of clothing*
