When I lived at the Colonial Arms there was a maintenance man who continually came into my apartment. He moved stuff around, probably ate my food, and used my restroom on a weekly basis. But the real problem came when someone (and I'm assuming it was him) tried to come into my apartment early one weekend. Thank goodness I had a chain lock! After that I tried to put more locks on my door and my bed room door, but the maintenance man complained to the manager and she told me I had to remove them. Apart from all that the place sucked in general. You can get a lot better places in and around Fayetteville for the rent there. Sure they won't be as close to campus, but seriously if it comes down to being safe or being close to campus which one would you choose'
