I haven't had any real problems at this apartment complex. It is usually very quiet. Our neighbors have a dog and we never hear it and rarely hear them unless they are moving furniture. It is very close to the U of A, but not really on the bus route (it is a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop). The apartments are a bit cheap looking on the inside, but that typical of any Lindsey apartment. We have never had any trouble getting things fixed. My biggest complaint with this apartment is the lack of kitchen cabinets! I hate not having anywhere to put my food. The pool is kept up and can be really nice. However, sometimes it is overrun with college kids who are smoking and drinking (which is actually against the rules). Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex. It is nice, just not anything special.
