Since we've moved in we've been broken into... (the funny thing is, there was nothing of value stolen... just condoms and my cat, which is not allowed in this complex by the way...) I have the police department on speed dial since there is some sort of disruption in the middle of the night at least twice a week... The roaches are unbearable, the neighbors are the meaning of white trash, and no lie... every person we've met so far (with the exception of our closest neighbors) is either a ward of the state, handicapped, missing limbs, or just plain loud. There are no parking spots... especially now since the last middle lot has been blocked off, the manager is NEVER there, and when she is, she never does anything, the air conditioner doesnt work, the stoves only work half the time, and the apartment, though neat looking on the inside is FALLING APART. Anne Dunivan, the "on-site" manager is possibly the most devious person I've ever encountered.

I have lived here and found it to be very nice with reasonable rent. You sound disgruntled (breaks rules by having pets, etc). So not sound like a good neighbor to me. Glad you moved - would not want you next to me.

i agree i never lived there but anyone of any value that has is discusted by it.it is embarassing to addmitt living there,because everyone knowws how it is or has heard the rumors
