The apartments our priced really well for everything yo uget. They are very large and come with w/d and diswashers, personal entrances with porches, horses across the street a gorgeous pool, and a small clubroom. They are also on the blue bus route which is great for students. The main problem I have is that my neighbors are morons and not very courteous, but ther's really nothing i can do about that. The complex is pretty quiet and the manager is good about getting things done. You may have to remind her once, which is to be expected in a place this size, but I've never had to remind her more than once. This is a decent apartment complex if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a year or two, but you wouldn't want to live the rest of your life here, unless you aspire to live in an apartment for the rest of your life. Another small problem is the people in the complex next door, Benton Place. They like to come use our pool, their kids run around and their friends use our parking spaces. Our manager has tried to get something done about it, but the owner of the complex (benton place) won't do anything about it. It's gotten better since I moved in, but there are still problems. We've also had a problem with the security lights being out, but of no fault of their own and they are trying to get that fixed. However the lighting is great when it works. And the insulation of the windows and doors does leave you wanting a little more.
