Our apt. is a nice little place, decent, with affordable rent. Sadly the air conditioner continues to leak water even after being *fixed* 4 times, and the plaster in the bathroom is coming off from water damage. Maintenence is a bit slow, but they do have several complexes to tend to.
Our old manager was wonderful, the new one gets called away by the main office to often to provide that face to face contact. A decent place to live, it does have its share of items that could be better.
