Security deposit issues.

Mansfield property management sold the property to Grubb & Ellis Companies in July or August 2008. When I moved out in October 2008 the management never sent my deposit back or a list of charges within 30 days of moving. This is in violation of the Arkansas Landlord Tenant Law. For three weeks after the deposit was due I stopped by the office to see what the problem was - each time new excuses were made, someone else was blamed, and promises of phone calls weren't met.
In the end I had to sue them to get my deposit back.
Otherwise, the rent at North Creekside is significantly higher than comparable apartment complexes. Be VERY weary if you want your security deposit back as the management staff shows their true colors when it comes to these type of things.
