As a long-time local of Fayetteville, I never would have rented at North Creekside. But after Mi Casa Real Estate took over the whole place turned around. They've done so much work to the complex and units. I love my 2 bedroom here. Anytime I've had an issue the management and the maintenance personnel have been wonderful to me. I had my garbage disposal stop working and called them. They said that they would have some one right over. I figured it would be a day or two before someone got to me. But the maintenance guy was at my apartment withing a few minutes of me hanging up. I think this has to be one of the best places in town.
