As a Native Californian, I have now lived in Fayetteville for 5 years...I have only lived at North Creekside for One year now and I remember only a month after moving in, someone told me "you are not living at a good place", as it was apparently known in Fayetteville for many years. I was of course concerned since I have a young son and am a Single Parent, and rightly so. After 3 Management Companies tried to take over and run the place-(with no success). Like a BRIGHT Shining Star...in comes Mi Casa Realty and I simply could not believe the TRULY amazing transformation that was taking place. This transformation is still continuing daily!! I use to be embarrassed to say where I lived and NOW I am not only excited and proud, but I refer many people to the Complex and tell them about all the NEW and exciting developments occurring there! The entire Staff that services the Residents, from the Manager, Asst. Manager, Maintenance and all they do business with, they honestly and diligently have ONE goal in mind. It is striving to make North Creekside the Most Welcoming and Safest place in Fayetteville for Families, Students, Single Parents....and those who are feeling the crunch in the economy. To sum it all up, if you desire to finally find a place to live where the Management are friendly and Attentive ....where you will find courteous neighbors (if you talk like I do), then you are like me and seek a community that looks out for one another like "family" does and you only WISH more would!! GO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!!! You will be pleasantly surprised! THANK YOU for reading this..I know it is long, but if I didn't think it was worth writing , it wouldn't be here!
