I was really excited to move in but when I started moving things in my excitement diminished. The walls are not level so pictures don't lay flat. I had maintenance over almost every other day with things breaking, especially the air conditioner. The head maintenance guy is very rude and made me feel stupid on several occasions for asking questions and wouldn't complete his jobs but would sign off on them. The crown molding is only in the main living area. The pictures on the website are taken in condos that have gotten upgraded, but most do not look like that. They have cheap carpet throughout most of the condo, and hideous linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathrooms which are a law suit waiting to happen. They are dangerously slippery! The kitchens have white appliances, not stainless steal like the web site says. The windows aren't weather proof so in the winter I paid $170 a month on electric bills trying to keep it warm. The blinds fall off the windows frequently too. This place looks nice when you look at it, but it's built way too cheap and the rent is outrageously over priced. They spend most of their money making the flowers look good outside.
