in regards to southern view phase 2: my dishwasher stopped working after a month and even after several complaints was never fixed, my ceiling leaked, my washing machine overflowed a few days after I moved in, traffic noise is horrible,neighbors are rude inconsiderate and disgusting, construction has been going on since I moved in 6 months ago and will not be finished anytime soon, management claimed these were a "new concept" and although it is new to Fayetteville the idea has been around forever and has been executed much better than this. The interior is standard Lindsey nothing spectacular, it is not energy efficient because last time I checked single pain windows are not energy efficient, light bulbs used in the fixtures are not standard A bulbs so you can not purchase environmentaly friendly bulbs, its all the same cheap crap and not worth the money. Parking is terrible the entire thing was horribly planned, expect to have a few new scratches on your car because of drunk kids that do not know how to drive or park, but wait theres more!!!! At least four people in apartments around me have moved in and out..........within just 6 short months, I dont know why but I like to use my imagination. Your money is better spent somewhere other than here.
