I have lived here for over three years and am itching to move out. The landlords are incredibly rude people and love to blame stuff on you all the time. I live alone and have no parties, but I've had several notices on my door about various things, like throwing cigarette butts outside. I have never smoked and there are no butts outside of my apartment, who knows where they got that idea from. I have also had notices saying that I will be evicted for my cat. They have the permission form vaccinations and everything about my cat for the past 3 years. Any time I need to talk to someone they are very rude about it and look at you suspiciously. People move in and out constantly in the building, only living next to me for a few months at a time, and there are always parties happening outside my bedroom window at 3 in the morning. I moved from a two bedroom at this complex to a one bedroom to save money and the way they arranged it I had 3 days that I had no place to live, and they started trying to paint the walls of my old place while my things were still in it. The one bedroom doesn't look like its walls had been painted ever. Turns out a lindsey relative was moving into my old place so they had to make it look pretty.

In regards to how the complex looks, its pretty from the street, but I live on the back side of a building and its a swamp full of frogs and everything, they drive their golfcarts all over the grass ruining it. If its not in view of the street, they don't care how it looks. It took two years to put a light on the back of the building as well.
