You can find so much better for the same money in Fayetteville. Its close to campus which is nice but after living there, not worth it! The managers are a pain to deal with. Very rude and not helpful. It was dirty when we moved in- we had to rent a carpet steamer and clean the carpets ourselves. We spent 3 days cleaning what they didnt. Gross. We put down a $250 deposit and just found out we dont get a penny back. They are charging us for a broken drawer (i told them right when we moved in it was broken and they never fixed it), they charged us a ridiculous amount to repaint (cost of paint, drip pans , and labor), to top it off..they charged us for bags of trash (the apartment was empty when we left and most likely cleaner than when we moved in). Its absolutely a joke. Ill never recommend this complex to anyone.
They really need to get it together.
