I have to agree with the post regarding the management... I was treated like trash until they found out I was a PhD student and would be in this town for six years. By then it was too late and I couldn't wait until my year lease was up... ABSOLUTELY do NOT live there if you have a pet, three (even false, I had a noise complaint on my dog and she was not ever there but it still went into my "file") complaints on your pet and they can kick you out and you are responsible for the broken lease (it is all there in the lease). Plus the price is not even close to worth it... Lindsey really should do something about the management at Southern View, I will never live in another lindsey apartment after dealing with them!
