The management could really care less. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my the person next door plan his messages. The free golf isn't really worth it unless you enjoy using your nine iron and a putter only. People move in and out of these apartments faster than you can imagine. It is a trap for new people coming to town. The apartments are very small.
