There are much better places to live in Fayetteville! The management changed 3 times in 2 years. They didn't change the locks when I first moved in, and I found out when I needed a master key and they said they didn't have one and the previous tenants did not turn in their key. Additionally, maintenance would enter the apartment without notice--leave the door unlocked and leave the lights on. The 2nd set of management was GREAT, but they are gone now and there are new landlords. The only thing I can tell about this group is that it takes almost a week to get repairs fixed--and toilets break all of the time!
