It all started on a Thursday when I called this apartment and spoke to a lady by the name of Betty. With my security deposit already paid and the application already in hand, I was told that the application process would only take hours. So when I put down the phone and contacted my moving agency I told them the same news of me giving them a delivery address for my furniture. So anyway, two hours went by and I called back. Betty picked up the phone and said "I'm so sorry I haven't had a chance to review your application because of all the work that I have, give me two more hours and I'll call you with the decision," and I replied saying "okay." Two hours went by and no call from Betty, so of course I called them but when I called this time a different voice picked up the phone. Betty's shift was over. That *itch....But anyway I told this person that I needed a decision now. She said that it would take two hours...deja vu huh...But this time it only took fifteen minutes, and she said that it was approved. So I was like when can I get my address so I can relay it to the moving company and she said "call back Monday and your apartment should be ready by Tuesday." I was like finally...So anyway Monday roles around and I call and guess who picks up the phone,...Betty. I told her that I was calling in order to recieve my address and do you know what she said..."give me two hours and I'll know.." so I'm like "what the hell...don't I already have the apartment," and she's like "no we have tenants who said they were moving out but some adverse weather is keeping them in for a couple of days." I was thinking that I already had an apartment since they said it would be ready on Tuesday...so by this time I'm already fed up with Betty and the whole Greens staff, so I just made a quick call to Paradise and they saved me....Thanks for nothing Greens...I'm glad I didn't move here...

This idiot has some problem with the company. He left the exact same review word for word on another apartment in a different city and state.

Idiot huh???Nice...but anyway this review was meant for the Greens in Fayetteville, AR and I now live in The Cliffs in Fayetteville, AR. Sounds to me like part of the staff responded to what I wrote back in August. "Don't be fooled..."
