Neighbors are allowed to play music as loud as possible. The walls are so thin that you can hear a pin drop...nextdoor!

If you want anything done about the noise, just call the cops. I called them at least 4 times and they were quick to answer beacause they literally patrol the apartments due to the large amounts of calls they receive. The tenants get arrested on a monthly basis and it's unsafe to live there.

Parking is very bad as visitors are always taking your spot.

Also, the apartment had a slab leak for over 8 months. This causes our water bill to be over $250 each month. Therefore we had to wait until the reimbursement check came (which was always late) before we could send the water bill into the City. This was a major problem. Each time I turned in my faux bill the manager would say that it would be fixed asap. 8 months later they still haven't fixed anything.

The only good thing about the place is the golf course, tennis courts, and workout room.

I give it 1/2 out of 4 stars.

this is an example of almost any Lindsey Management property. Fill them up with anybody,spend as little as possible to maintain and let the tenant beware.

unfortunately it is very true. I have watched drug deals out in the parking lot. They take sometimes months to fix things. The office staff, managers and maintenance man are rude and condescending, (unless it's time to sign the lease). garbage thrown everywhere.Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this place.
