Living at Cornerston is great. I heard the management was awful a few years ago, but since I got here in 2009 they've been wonderful. The maintenance fixed any problems I had fast. I lived here for 2 years and, hands-down, there is not a better located apartment building in Fayetteville. You can walk to Dickson. You can walk to the UofA. The free WiFi is HORRIBLE! I am not renewing my lease solely because of this. Online gaming is impossible, and streaming is slow and sometimes impossible. "Free WiFi" is a gimmick.

Overall the best mid to upper priced apartments in the City of Fayetteville. Quiet for the most part unless the people above you is just oblivious to those around them. The maintenance is extremely good and very responsive. Rates are good for the size apartments and the amenities are very good.
