The Cottages of Fort Smith

So glad I found The Cottages of Fort Smith! From: relogirl Date posted: 11/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I relocated to Ft. Smith in Oct, 2007 and I am so pleased I stumbled across The Cottages (online). They are very cute, made well, have walls that aren't painted all white or beige. We have covered parking, a gated front entrance overlooking a park/golfcourse. My apartment manager is friendly, helpful, and on-the-ball. She just signed us up for the city's recycling program. Most importantly, this place is quiet and I feel secure. Most of my neighbors are professionals and/or retirees. I have never been kept awake with loud music or police sirens. There are only a couple of things I would change. The landscaping is rather bare, (they have recently planted some small trees and shrubs) so this situation is being addressed. There is no outdoor storage. These are minor flaws. Overall it's a wonderful place to call home.
