Pretty good. I moved in OCT 2003 and moved out APR 2004. Overall the place was pretty good. Maint. was done in a timely manner which seems to be a problems everywhere esle. The only problems were when they steam cleaned the carpets they must have used a water hose becuase it was soaked and parking
