So Far So Good Moved in a month ago and things are okay. Rent is reasonable and it appears to be a good, safe complex. Maintenance is quick. While I don't agree with the "dog size" policy, I did sign the lease and they're okay about bringing the dogs when my kids visit.

Transferred here and glad I choose this place Gayle (office) and Bob (the handyman) were very helpful, quick to respond and I felt they were giving their all. I looked at 7 places and this one was the largest and most homey for the dollar. Very affordable for the size of the apt I got.

4 yr resident and still happy I have lived at woodcrest for 4 years now and have always been completely satisfied. Management is friendly and accessible (ive heard horror stories from friends at other apt complexes). Safety has never been an issue. Onsite security guard and patrol cars pass

This the worst place to stay. The apartments are not updated most still have stuff from the 70's. Getting things fixed is a nightmare. There is never anyone in the office the noise is unreal. I had a water line break at leaked all over the floor and all they did was use a shop vac to clean it
