i lived in this complex for six months the manager is very rude and tells you one thing when she really doesn't mean it. she states rules that are in the lease evicts people with out giving them an eviction notice and going through the proper procedues which she herself admits that she does not or did not follow the proper procedures. the apartments have leaks in them and i have squirels living in my walls, and my hot water heater runs rust water. the washer and dryers suck. the dryers eat your clothing and also ruin them. the security officer is very rude and also very unprofessional. if i were you i would not live in this complex even if i was homeless.
