If you move into Somerset Apartments, make sure you fill in the move in sheet with EVERYTHING you find wrong with the apartment AND what you foresee affected due to pure wear and tear after you leave. Even if you leave the apartment as you found it, they will deduct from your deposit a ton of money for painting and cleaning. Trust me, they will do ANYTHING to hold on to your 250 bucks.

Same thing happened to me when I move out of Somerset. I left the apartment in perfect condition and they still kept most of my deposit. The are tricky over there. I don???t recommend this complex to anyone.

Same here! I just wrote a review about this! It burned my whole perception on the place and I go out of my way to make sure others know now.
